1. About CyberVid
CyberVid is a cybersecurity news publishing platform that enables creators to produce and distribute short-form educational video content across social media channels including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. By using CyberVid you agree to these Terms.
2. Content standards
All content published through CyberVid:
- Is original cybersecurity news and educational material based on publicly reported events.
- Is clearly labelled as AI-assisted via the
#AIGeneratedhashtag and, on TikTok, theis_aigc: trueContent Posting API flag. - Cites original news sources in the post description or pinned comment.
- Complies with each destination platform's Community Guidelines, including TikTok's Community Guidelines and synthetic-media disclosure requirements.
3. Platform integrations
CyberVid connects to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Drive via official APIs and OAuth. Use of those integrations is governed by each platform's developer terms, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Connected accounts may be disconnected at any time from the CyberVid dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
Users agree not to use CyberVid to publish content that violates any destination platform's policies, infringes intellectual property, contains misleading information, or breaches applicable law.
5. Data handling
How CyberVid handles authentication data and engagement metrics is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
News source attribution remains with the original publisher. Generated video content produced by CyberVid is owned by the operator of the connected publishing accounts.
7. No warranty
CyberVid is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The platform is not liable for downtime, publishing failures, or third-party API changes.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms or any connected platform's policies.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
